Legendary designer Diane Von Furstenberg who made the wrap dress a fashion staple and was also known for its great fit, will soon be making up mini versions for kids in a new collaboration with Gap Inc- GapKids and GapBaby.
Launching March 15, 2012 in the US and shortly overseas. Available online from 12pm on March 15th for US customers. The line is for Girls ages 14- to newborn at Gap price points.
At the heart of the collection are vintage Diane von Furstenberg prints, including the hibiscus and leaf motifs she is known for reminiscent of the 70's with an updated flair. The dress collection will include mini-me wrap dress in cotton, white eyelet, and also in jersey, shift dresses mixed prints with applique daisy details. Seersucker blazer, printed onesies, leggings, and the customized DVF motif runs through many pieces.
